Valley Behavioral Health Center

The Adult Autism Center is a facility to serve adults autism and other developmental disabilities and enable clients to acquire the necessary skills for daily living. The project is a new, two-story building and included all site and utility work, and landscaping. The building exterior features stone tile and siding façade, steel awnings at the first-floor windows, a porte-cochère entrance with rustic, exposed beams while maintaining a residential scale feel. Inside the Center, spaces include Reception and Waiting Areas, Client Break Room, Observation Rooms, Home Living Training Room with mock kitchen and restrooms, Fitness Education Room with basic fitness apparatuses, Vocational Training Room, Medical, Dental & Barber Areas, Commissary, Client Classroom, Offices, Conference Room, Staff/Facility Full Kitchen, Library & Media Room, Quiet Rooms, Social & Leisure Room, Shared/Common Office, and various Staff Support areas.
