The Ritz Classic Apartments

The Ritz Classic Apartments is a new five-story, multi-family housing project. The apartment complex is located on the site of an iconic building – the former Ritz Bowling Alley – and the historic bowling alley sign was preserved and refurbished as part of the new community. The new apartment complex is a 287-unit property with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. The first level is a dedicated 300-stall resident parking garage. Construction of amenity spaces included a fitness and yoga room, sports lounge, swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen/grilling area, and fire pit. The building, shaped like an “E” enables inside-facing residential units to open toward two central courtyards. The building exterior is constructed of brick veneer along the first two floors with stucco accents on the corners. The design is contemporary with elevated finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and marble center islands.
