Midtown360 Mixed-Use Development

Midtown 360 is a multi-phase mixed-use project that has spanned more than 15 years for Big-D Construction. Work began with the South tower, a 315,055-sf, seven-story building that included 129 residences, retail and commercial space. Big-D subsequently constructed tenant improvements for multiple retail tenants. The North tower was similar at 302,829-sf, seven-stories, 157 residences, and a mix of retail and commercial. It also featured a rooftop urban lounge and extensive courtyard spaces. The next project was the Northwest phase, a four-story, 209,919-sf, 104-unit apartment building. Each of the first three buildings have two-level, subgrade parking structures of varying capacity. Construction of community amenities over the years has included state-of-the-art fitness centers, clubhouse and lounge, business center, swimming pool and spas. Currently, Big-D is working on the Southwest structure, another four-story, 104-unit apartment building that’s just over 105,000-sf.
