Lake Park Commerce Center

Lake Park Commerce Center is a Class A industrial business park in West Valley City, UT. Big-D was responsible for construction of both buildings 1 and 4, totaling more than 550,000-sf, under the same contract. Building 1 is 431,139-sf, has a 36-foot clear height, 52-by-50-foot column spacing, 75 dock doors, six grade-level doors, 89 trailer spaces, and 280 automobile parking stalls. Building 4 is 128,369-sf, has a 28-foot clear height, 50-by-60-foot column spacing, 26 dock doors, five grade-level doors; and a 1.3/1,000 parking ratio. Both buildings are concrete tilt-up structures with ESFR fire suppression, lighting to suit, and parking with electric car charging stations. Big-D self-performed the concrete work for the building and associated site improvements.
