King Commerce Center

Construction of a new lite industrial warehouse facility on an 11-acre site. The building is a concrete tilt-up structure with 8-inch-thick site cast walls and a durable slab-on-grade foundation. The warehouse features 36-foot clear height ceilings and an efficient 60′ x 56′ column spacing layout to maximize storage flexibility. The scope also included a two-story, 10,023-sf speculative office space. King Commerce Center has 27 dock-high doors and two grade-level doors to support diverse loading requirements and a 4,000 Amp electrical service at 277/480V.  Work included demolition of three existing buildings, contaminated soils cleanup, all associated utility coordination and sitework, including 113 automobile parking spaces and 46 trailer parking positions.
