Big-D Construction has taken a meaningful step forward in our commitment to fostering a culture of kindness, officially becoming a Certified Business of Kindness through our partnership with One Kind Act a Day. This recognition was cemented during a special proclamation signing ceremony, marking a pivotal moment in our shared mission to make kindness a defining principle of our workplace and industry.
The proclamation signing brought together both Big-D and One Kind Act a Day leadership, and team members from both organizations to celebrate our commitment to kindness. CEO Cory Moore signed the proclamation on behalf of Big-D, reaffirming our dedication to fostering a workplace culture where kindness is not only valued but actively practiced.
